Refund & Fulfillment Policy

This Refund & Fulfillment Policy (“Policy”) governs the purchase and delivery of digital products, programs, services, courses, and memberships offered by HEALS Academy, L.L.C. (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) through www.thehealsacademy.com, www.rasgpt.ai, and any related websites, portals, or software platforms operated by the Company (“Website”).

 

By purchasing or accessing any of our products, services, or programs, you (“User” or “you”) agree to be bound by this Policy as well as our Terms & Conditions, Earnings Disclaimer and Privacy Policy.

 

1. Fulfillment Policy for Digital Products and Programs

 

All our products and services are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate or timely access to your course, training, SaaS tool, template, or program via email or your registered account portal.

  • Courses and Digital Downloads are delivered via a secure member area or file download.

  • SaaS Tools and AI Features are accessed through a login-protected web interface or API.

  • Workshops and Trainings may be delivered live or pre-recorded, with details provided at time of purchase.

  • 1:1 Coaching or Group Programs will have scheduled access and participation terms outlined at time of enrollment.

 

If you do not receive access within 24 hours of purchase (or the promised delivery timeline), please contact support@thehealsacademy.com with your order confirmation.

 

2. Payment & Security

 

All payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways using industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. We do not store your full credit card information.

 

By making a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method and agree to pay all applicable charges.

 

3. Refund Policy

 

We want you to be satisfied with your experience, but due to the nature of digital products and immediate access to content, not all purchases are eligible for refunds. Please refer to the applicable product or program category below:

 

Eligible for Refund (within 14 days)

 

  • The Risk Adjustment Made Easy Starter Program

  • Technical or Operational Analytics Mini-Courses

  • Downloadable Templates or Workbooks (if not accessed or downloaded)

 

To qualify:

  • You must request a refund within 14 days of your original purchase date.

  • You must demonstrate that you engaged with the material and attempted to apply the strategies or solutions presented.

  • Requests must include proof of completed work or engagement with the course (e.g., screenshots, lesson completions, submitted worksheets).

 

Non-Refundable Products & Services

  • Membership programs (e.g., HEALS Academy Circle or Monthly Mentorship Communities)

  • 1:1 coaching sessions after the session has occurred

  • Live or on-demand events after the start time

  • Consulting retainers or SaaS subscription fees for current or prior billing periods

  • Custom services or personalized assessments

 

All sales are final on these products once access has been granted or services rendered.

 

4. Subscription Cancellations

 

If you purchase a recurring subscription, such as a monthly program or SaaS access:

 

  • You may cancel future billing at any time before your next billing cycle by contacting support@thehealsacademy.com or managing your account settings.

  • You will retain access through the end of the paid billing period.

  • No prorated refunds are provided for unused portions of the current subscription term.

 

5. Refund Process

 

To request a refund (for eligible products only), email support@thehealsacademy.com with:

 

  • Your full name

  • Email used for purchase

  • Order number

  • Reason for refund

  • Required documentation (if applicable)

 

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5 business days. Depending on your payment method, refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear on your statement.

 

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

 

We strongly encourage you to contact us first before initiating a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in termination of account access and may be treated as a violation of these Terms.

 

7. Changes to This Policy

 

HEALS Academy, L.L.C. reserves the right to amend this Fulfillment & Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be reflected by the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the Website or our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
